销售条款与条件 / Terms & Conditions of​ Sale

1. 报价与订单 / Quotations & Orders

• 所有报价有效期30天 / All quotations are valid for 30 days.
• 订单以我方书面确认为准 / Orders are subject to our written confirmation.

2. 价格与付款 / Pricing & Payment

• 价格不含税，增值税按实际税率计算 / Prices exclude VAT which will be added at the prevailing rate.
• 付款方式：银行转账（见发票详情） / Payment method: Bank transfer (see invoice details).
• 逾期付款将收取月利率1.5%的滞纳金 / Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

3. 交付 / Delivery

• 标准交付时间为2-3个工作日（库存产品） / Standard delivery time: 2-3 business days (in-stock items).
• 不可抗力导致的延迟不承担责任 / We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

4. 退货政策 / Returns Policy

• 未使用商品可在14天内退货 / Unused goods may be returned within 14 days.
• 定制产品不接受退货 / Customized products are non-returnable.

5. 保修 / Warranty

• 提供12个月有限保修 / 12-month limited warranty applies.
• 人为损坏不包含在保修范围内 / Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse.

6. 责任限制 / Liability

• 我方责任不超过订单金额 / Our liability shall not exceed the order value.

7. 适用法律 / Governing Law

• 本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖 / These terms are governed by Chinese law.
